What we collect
- Enquiries. When you use our contact form or email us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address and message, and optionally your company name and phone number.
- Technical data. Like any website, our web server records basic request information (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) in its logs, for security and troubleshooting.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell your information.
How we use it and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry and take steps at your request before entering into a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To manage our business relationship with you and keep this website secure, which are our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
Who we share it with
Contact form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, Inc., which acts as our data processor. Formspree is based in the United States; where personal information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting business relationship, and then delete them. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email accounts@
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
